The shipping of NGQ’s Johnny Houses is accomplished via freight.
Due to the size and weight of our units shipping by normal delivery methods (UPS/FedEx) is not feasible.
If you decided to make your purchase directly from our website the included shipping selection defaults to freight “terminal to terminal”. This means that the unit will ship from our location to the nearest YRC terminal location to the address you currently have listed as your primary shipping address with PayPal. If you wish to change this location please contact us directly at al@northgeorgiaquail.com.
Shipping “terminal to terminal” greatly simplifies the pricing structure that can be complicated by “residential” deliveries.
Our account with YRC allows us to get better pricing from them then other freightlines. Also being one of the oldest and largest carriers out there means that they have lots of terminal locations to help us serve customers all over the United States of America.
“Door to door” deliveries however are available but usually include two additional fees. One for what is called “Limited Access” and the other for “Lift Gate Service”….these fees are normally around $165-$200….but can add up to several hundred dollars depending on your location. Remote locations and hard to access areas being the most expensive.

- Number of units to be shipped….(this can effect freight class)
- Full address if either residential or commercial delivery is requested
- Specify whether the location is commercial (with a dock) or residential requiring lift gate
We wish we could simplify this further and offer a one price fits all solution for our customers….but freight shipping just has too many variables.
